What the tools are

The tools on this site give routine schedule dates for the products listed in each tool, taken from those products' labels. The exceptions are the pill pack tool's format mode, which counts from the pack size you enter, and the Depo tool's clinic-date mode, which keeps a date your clinic gave you. They only work for a method you already use as directed.

What the tools are not

The tools are not medical advice. The tools do not assess protection from pregnancy. They don't tell you what to do when something has gone differently from the routine schedule. For that, see where to get help.

The leaflet in your pack and your clinician come first. If they give a different date or instruction, follow them.

No affiliation

This site is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer, the FDA, the CDC, the NHS or any other health body. Brand names are used only to identify products.

The site is provided as is

We work to keep every schedule correct, and a product's schedule is withheld once its review date passes. Even so, we can't promise that the site is free of errors or always available. Check the dates against the leaflet that came with your product.
